For more than a decade, Dr Mel has worked in general practice with a wide variety of pets and their families. She places strong emphasis on connecting with each family to understand their individual needs and collaborates closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans.

Dr Mel has experience diagnosing and managing many common conditions affecting companion animals. She has a particular affinity for older pets, making senior pet health and palliative care a core part of her work. She also maintains eclectic interests in other areas of veterinary medicine including ophthalmology and chronic gastrointestinal conditions.

Dr Mel started Nose to Tail Mobile Vet Care to be able to provide low stress consultations and bring comforting palliative care services to the wider Melbourne community.
